They recommend planning your live content, promoting your broadcasts, engaging with your viewers, and being authentic to make the most of the live feature.
💬 Instagram is testing making the messaging icon the main focus
They are trying to lean into features like Notes since more engagement is through DMs.
The messaging icon is showing up in the bottom middle of the screen where the ‘+’ sign currently is.
📝 Instagram is now allowing users to leave Notes on Reels and feed posts
These notes are temporary (lasting only 3 days)
The notes can only be left by mutual followers as a way to spark interaction between friends.
❤️ Instagram is experimenting with ‘Super Likes’
You’ll be able to send 1 Super Like every 24 hours
🔊 You’ll now be able to add multiple tracks to Instagram Reels
You’ll be able to add up to 20 tracks in a single Reel, with them overlapping and merging into each other
Other users will be able to use the same audio you create
