Coached: Imposter Syndrome, Pressure on Creators, and Partnering with Small Businesses
As creators, there are so many things that we have to learn to be successful in this industry from managing our content and our audience to our personal life and mental health. In “Coached”, a podcast series of Soulcial Scoop podcast by Soulcialmate, we work 1:1 with a member of our private creator coaching community, the Soulcial Suite, and you get to be a fly on the wall during our call.
The struggles that we deal with as creators are more than logistical. They’re mentally taxing too. There’s an immense amount of pressure for creators to stay relevant and constantly push out content all while we’re deeply feeling like imposters comparing ourselves to others.
This week’s guest, Kaia Clark, is a foodie who shares all of the best recommendations for food and activities in North Georgia and Metro Atlanta.
Kaia knows what it’s like to feel that pressure. Being a local foodie creator, she also aims to partner with local businesses to support their growth but has been getting stuck when it comes to finding a middle ground for supporting them while also being compensated for her work.
In this week’s episode of “Coached”, we discuss Imposter Syndrome, dealing the pressure that creators are met with, and working with small, local businesses.
